We are looking to hire an ambitious Account Executive (Field Sales ) to join our North American sales team. The position is based in Austin, Texas where we are headquartered. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced enterprise software sales executive to be a highly visible player at a major software company.
We are Americas leading enterprise SaaS provider helping public sector agencies plan and deliver over $450 billion worth capital infrastructure projects and realize up to 5% in savings.
The ideal candidate has customer facing sales experience in enterprise software having sold into the public sector previously. Familiarity with procurement cycles in the state and local government market place, the ability to deal with RFPs /RFIs, and experience in selling a combination of software subscription services and professional services in large dollar multi-year deals is essential. Excellent presentation and communication skills are par for the course, and you are a born networker. In this role, you will need to interact with C level executives and senior IT staff at public agencies who are decision makers.

1. Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
2. Approximately 8-10 years experience selling large dollar enterprise software systems like SAP, Maximo or Oracle Primavera is a plus. We are not looking for people who have made frequent job changes.
3. Confidence in presenting technology to solve business automation problems to large enterprises.
4. Use of Microsoft Office, CRM, GoToMeeting and WebEx tools to do the job.
5. A Bachelors degree
