Account Administrator


  • Takes incoming calls, providing invoice copies, answering inquiries and dispute tracking.
  • Performs open account administration and account analysis –this includes contact primarily with customers to follow up for payment, identify disputes, process Statements, etc.
  • Makes SAP System adjustments (i.e., Dispute resolution, tax credits for financed accounts, etc.)
  • Assists with cash forecast based on follow up with customers.
  • Releases orders from credit hold within credit authority limits.
  • Assists with implementation of process improvements (Automation, SAP improvements, etc)
  • Other duties as required
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Years of Experience: 2 -4 years of manufacturing equipment sales or finance experience required
