How you will spend your day as an Assembler:

  • Pulls trim orders, consisting of the following: moldings, hardware, locks, doors, exterior jambs, etc.
  • Sizes material according to specifications for making miscellaneous millwork items and doors.
  • Mills materials for stock, etc.
  • Trim, cover, and label milled components.
  • Assures quality of materials used to produce high quality finished products.
  • Keeps machines and work area clean.

Millworker Requirements:

  • Experience. Warehouse/Production/Physical labor experience (Preferred).
  • Physical. Ability to stand for 8-10+ hour work shifts
  • Heavy Lifting. A few positions will require regularly lifting 40+ lbs. All positions require the ability to consistently bend, twist, squat and reach throughout work shift
  • Willingness. Must have the drive to learn
  • Teamwork. Team focused approach to work
  • Excellence. Excellent work ethic and attendance
  • Entry Level. Willing to train the right candidate!
