Job Description

Develops strong external and internal relationships to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue, membership and earnings objectives for existing Professional Employer Organization (PEO) customers.

Fundamental Components and Requirements:

– Leads the operational end to end support for our PEO customers

– Collaborates with account team members and functional support areas on more complex product or service issues to ensure clients needs are met.

– Executes tactical components of the account teams business plan for each customer.

– Offers creative product and service solutions to address clients evolving needs.

– Follows through on outstanding issues to the point of resolution.

– Collaborates with team members on client renewals and implementation of decisions.

– Conducts customer training to support roll-out of services and in-house programs.

– Demonstrates proactive ability to diagnose and fix root cause drivers of service problems.

– Proactively leads member engagement opportunities with our customers.

– PEO Account Management

– Oversee an established book of business comprised of PEO Plan Sponsors

– Work with Account Executive to provide operational service support for our customers.

– Support renewal implementation of decisions

– Triages escalated member issues.

– Proactively supports member engagement in Aetna programs

Required Qualifications

– Understands Medical/Dental/Vision Products

– Understands Fully Insured funding arrangement

– Experience in building customer relationships and internal relationships

– Strong Organization and Communication Skills

– Understands Aetna’s customer operational processes including: Eligibility, Billing, Plan Set Up, Drafting

– Experience in developing and delivering presentations to customers

– 2-5 years industry of customer service experience

Education:

Insurance license, as required by state law.

College degree or equivalent work experience.
