The Administrative Assistant for Managed Care Southern Bureau blends the mission of AHF with administrative support for the National Director of Care Management Services and for the Directors of all departments of the Medicare (PHP) plan in Florida and Georgia. With a strong skill set, a caring and mission-driven focus, you will ensure that the administrative needs of Care Management Services, PHP and the Southern Bureau are well supported.

You will bring your organizational and communication expertise to this role providing support to the National Director, Directors of PHP departments so that efficient operation is executed. In addition, you will provide coverage to the Southern Bureau reception area and to the Chief and Senior Director assistant.

In daily communications you will have the opportunity to interact with callers, both internal and external providing a professional, pleasant experience enhancing the mission of AHF.

Your role as the Administrative Assistant for Managed Care in the Southern Bureau will allow your strong organizational and communication skills to enhance the operations of the division bringing effective execution of the Medicare Plan and Southern Bureau operations.
