WestRock is currently seeking Production Workers for our Glendale Facility. Employees must be available to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd ) and it’s based on seniority with the labor union contract. The starting pay is $20.58 per hour. Benefits are offered after 60 days.

This entry-level position consists of the following duties that are essential to the operation of a corrugated box plant. A Production Worker is normally the third team member assigned to a machine in the Production Department.

Some of the duties of this position include, but are not limited to ensuring that all tooling for the machine is on hand, assisting the machine operator and assistant operator with setups and jam-ups, ensuring that the area surrounding the machine is kept clean of debris and spills, and being available to relieve team members when they go out on lunch or breaks. This position requires standing, walking, lifting, bending, and crouching.

Shift start: 6:30AM or 2:30PM or 10:30PM

Shift length: 8 hours

Monday – Friday, some Saturdays
