Develops innovative analytic tooling solutions of varying sizes and levels of complexity as part of a team or independently
Participates in the requirement gathering, design, build, coding, and testing to build or enhance tooling solutions
Evaluates the data needs for solutions and create mechanism to source and assure the integrity of the data
Uses data visualization tooling to effectively communicate analytical results

Applies SAFe and/or Agile methodologies to execute work
5+ years of Relevant Experience
Strong analytical mindset demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of technical and non-technical stakeholders in the organization
Highly organized to manage multiple tasks simultaneously adjusting priorities to meet deadlines while producing high quality output
Experience working operating independently in a fast-paced, dynamic and complex working environment

-5+ years in Delivery Services with experience in Informatica, Compliance, Data Analysis
5+ years Experience working in a healthcare setting
5+ years Experience with SAFe or Agile methodologies
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
