TUUCI products are manufactured primarily in Miami with global distribution supported by offices in The Netherlands and Vietnam. We are proud to be the preferred shade manufacturer for international luxury brands like Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, Soho House etc. as well as domestic staples like Starbucks, Chipotle and Panera Bread.

Position Summary:

TUUCI is searching for a new team member who embodies passion and performance in the Customer Service department. The Customer Service Specialist’s main goal is to provide excellent and effective customer service to all internal and external customers.

Other responsibilities may include:

  • Daily posting of cash receipts to customer account or to customer orders.
  • Process invoices daily.
  • Process customer credit applications.
  • Assist with collections.
  • Enters debits/credits, resolves billing/payment discrepancies, and works with Customer Service Department for resolution.
  • Maintain customer sales tax exemption certificates in Avalara.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding account status, payments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications:

Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and a minimum of two years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm.
