OVERVIEW

Purpose of Job

To assist the department, providing service and support to customers and overseas offices by providing required information and documentations in compliances with U.S. Export Regulations and Customer’s expectations in timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and provide appropriate guidance to staff members to abide by company protocol.

2. Provide service and support to both customers and overseas offices regarding shipment arrangement, status, transit schedule, and/or any irregularity

3. Oversee and provide booking & on-board confirmation to overseas offices

4. Arrange pick up and delivery schedule

5. Handle shipment on-hand and setups

6. Assist Branch management for business decision by creating shipment reports or incident report

7. Log all damages and loss, and report to branch management

8. Abide by Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regulations

9. Join monthly Customer Service Meeting, and assist and navigate staff members with the protocol

10. Join training and review meetings for all accounts handled
