Admin Support 2 – Mental Health Residential – Shelter Plus Care – McDonough / Griffin Part-Time (29 hours a week)

Interview and evaluate individuals prior to placement in the Shelter Plus program. Completion of the admissions process as it relates to Shelter Plus guidelines and criteria (including documentation). Maintaining of Shelter Plus client records physically as well as in the HMIS system. Serve as the liaison between McIntosh Trail, its clients, as well the property and leasing entities. Assist with the grant renewal process, program tracking, compliance, and guidelines. May provide some case management job duties

Drug Screen

Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for seven years

TB testing will be required upon appointment. If you have previously tested positive for TB, you will be required to bring a copy of your chest x-ray on your first day of orientation.
