AR Cash Analyst


Works with more complex issues relating to application of customer payments. Performs activities under minimal supervision.

Performs more complex analysis of payments.

Prepares cash application and enters into the applicable sub ledger.

Works with customers to ensure more complex payments are applied correctly.

Prepares analysis of basic and more complex accounts.

Works with the banks to ensure remittance details are sufficient to process receipts.

Conducts root cause analysis and suggests process improvements.

Prepares month end reporting.

Participates in and/or leads projects related to Cash Application improvement.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.


Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
