Job Description

Rauxa is seeking an Account Manager with equal parts Head, Heart and Hustle to work as part of an amazing cross-functional team delivering best in class work for our clients. This position will work remotely or onsite in one of our offices.

Here’s what you can expect as an Account Manager at Rauxa.

What You’ll Do:

  • You will serve as the key, day-to-day agency representative for your clients on fast-paced account in deadline-driven environment
  • You know your clients – their products, their services and their consumers
  • You will develop smart briefs in partnership with Strategic Planning to help translate your clients’ challenges into thoughtful solutions with measurable results
  • You will act as an ambassador for your client’s brand both internally and externally
  • You will collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver best in class work for email campaign and direct mail deliverables that meet client objectives and are on brand and on brief
  • You keep it all together – from briefs, to SOWs, to project schedules and deliverables
  • Act as a liaison with our sister company, who manages development and deployment of marketing materials. Must be experienced with the seamless transfer of assets to off-site production team.


Who You Are:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience supporting projects in a marketing environment; digital or advertising agency experience is preferred
  • Digital project management experience a big plus
  • You have experience managing data-driven marketing campaigns end to end, such as, email, digital, social media, and direct mail or print
  • You have a strong bias for action and a passion for advertising/marketing
  • You keep it simple but communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • You are a time-management master with impeccable organization and the flexibility to adapt quickly to changes
  • You surprise and delight your clients and internal teams with your responsiveness, outstanding attention to detail and can-do attitude!
  • Candidate must be willing to work EST hours with occasional evenings
