The Account Coordinator will join a team managing Comcast Businesses official partnership with the PGA TOUR. You will support the day-to-day partner and client relationship. The role spans client services, partnership management, on-site execution, planning, and recapping.

This role will report directly to the Account Supervisor of Client Consulting + Services. This position will be based in Milwaukee, WI or Philadelphia, PA with the ability to work in hybrid/remote environment.


  • Develop status documents to ensure all appropriate program tasks and deadlines are being met.
  • Track and report on event leads and metrics; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
  • Coordinate with vendors, partner agencies, coordinate guest communications, and develop registration sites for various events.
  • Review and oversee program contracts to ensure all necessary event information is received and communicated appropriately.
  • Provide support to the sales reps to ensure successful event executions.
  • Monitor program expenses to guarantee adherence to established budget parameters.
  • Attend client project meetings as needed.
  • Develop event recaps and coordinate with the account team and client to ensure complete post-event reporting is captured
  • Collaborate with various GMR support and cross-functional teams to seamlessly execute client objectives
  • Position requires travel to events, including weekends, for the purposes of planning and implementation of program
  • Ensure white glove experience for all guests during partnership activations and hospitality
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sports marketing, or related field.
    • Knowledge of events operations and activations
    • 1-2 years of related experience in sports marketing, sponsorship, hospitality
    • Team, league, or agency experience is a plus
    • Interest in partnerships, hospitality, and client services; experience is a plus
    • Sports business industry knowledge, PGA TOUR experience is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow through.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and assist with various projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to meet and deal effectively with clients.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to service multiple assignments simultaneously.
