  • Travel: 10%
  • Work Schedule: M-F, 7AM-3PM
  • Equipment: Airgas operates a modern and efficient fleet. Most vehicles are under six years old and equipped with driver-friendly technology, such as On Board Computers, collision avoidance technology, latest camera technology and GPS navigation.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Daily input of driver shifts (Trip Confirmation)
  • Organize office operations and procedures i.e. answering phone, providing customer service, billing, PO, payable, payroll etc.
  • Assist and attend mandatory monthly safety meetings
  • Assist with facility audits
  • Train and assist drivers on applicable new procedures and paperwork
  • Provides administrative support for terminal staff / management
  • Maintains and files Industrial, Medical, FDA and Distribution files
  • Processes daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork and reports as required
  • Works safely and complies with all company DOT safety standards and rules
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests via email and telephone
  • Travels to support training initiatives as required

Are you a MATCH?

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • At least 1 year of clerical / administrative support experience

Computer Skills:

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn and become proficient (Intermediate) in Google Applications (Gmail, Doc, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
  • SAP experience preferred
